The goal of this behavioral research study is to find out Asian Americans'
opinions about hepatitis B.

Study Objectives / Outcomes
1. To describe the baseline knowledge of HBV and HCC in the Houston Asian
American lay community and the medical community that cares for them
      2. To evaluate the appropriateness of existing HBV and HCC educational materials
      3. To identify appropriate HBV educational outreach methods for the Asian American community
      4. To describe HBV and HCC practice patterns in the medical community

Inclusion Criteria:1) Lay community focus groups. Any self-identified adult member of the Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean communities in Houston.

2) Medical community focus groups. Any physician or nurse who provides medical care for members of the Houston Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean communities. Medical providers will be recruited from, but not limited to, the following disciplines: Internal Medicine, Family/General Practice, Gastrointestinal Medicine, Hepatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Alternative/Eastern medicine.

Exclusion Criteria:1) Age less than 18
