Study Objectives / Outcomes
Primary objective of this pilot study is to:
1. Explore the differences, if any, in physical morbidity between those who have had limb salvage procedure and those who have had amputation.

Secondary objectives of this pilot study are to:
1. Explore the differences, if any, in functional outcomes between those who have had limb salvage procedure and those who have had amputation.
2. Explore the differences, if any, in psychosocial morbidity between those who have had limb salvage procedure and those who have had amputation.
3. Identify demographic variables associated with outcome, including age at time of diagnosis, number of years post diagnosis, gender, education level, employment status, marital status, health insurance status.

Enrollment Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:1) Patients treated at MD Anderson Cancer Center for extremity osteosarcoma prior to age 25 years at time of diagnosis and having survived at least 2 years since initial diagnosis.

2) Age range: 14 years to 52 years old
Exclusion Criteria:1) Non-English speaking

2) Patient is deceased
