1. To collect blood, marrow, and tissue samples from patients with lymphoma and/or myeloma at various stages of their disease and treatment for laboratory analyses aimed at understanding the biology of the disease and to evaluate novel treatments for lymphoma and myeloma.
2. To correlate parameters measurable from blood and tissue samples with the natural history and outcome of patients with lymphoma and myeloma.
3. To provide tumor cells to investigators to study the pathogenesis, biological characteristics, immunologic responses, and response to therapy.
4. To collect blood and marrow samples from normal donors for comparison with samples from patients with lymphoma and/or myeloma. |
