Study Objectives / Outcomes

The objective of this study is to identify the current health-related issues which are unique to the gynecologic cancer survivor. These health-related issues will include general medical problems, as well as those related to the consequences of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or combination therapy.

To do this we will perform the following specific aims. (1)We will determine the prevalence of current health issues in gynecologic cancer survivors and identify which of these issues are of primary concern to patients. (2)We will determine if an association exists between current health issues and specified variables of interest, including demographics, cancer type, and treatment type. (3) We will stratify current health issues by time since diagnosis

Enrollment Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:1) Patients must have a diagnosis of gynecologic cancer that was treated between 1/1/1997 and 6/1/2007.

2) Patients must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.

3) Patients must be able to read and write in the English language.

4) Patients must reside in the United States.
Exclusion Criteria:1) Patients that have pre-invasive gynecologic disease.

2) Patients with more than one primary cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer).

3) Patients with last contact greater than five years prior.
