Intervention:
The goal of this research study is to learn the needs of genitourinary cancer
survivors.

Study Objectives / Outcomes
Primary Objective:
To perform a needs assessment for genitourinary cancer survivors to assist with the planning of a new survivorship clinic in the genitourinary center.

Secondary Objectives:
To correlate met/unmet survivorship needs with patient demographics, time since treatment, disease site, and long-term side effects or late effects.

To perform an exploratory needs assessment for partners of genitourinary cancer survivors, with emphasis on problems with sexuality, fertility, and coping with any long-term side effects or late effects from their partner's cancer treatment(s).

Inclusion Criteria:1) A list of patients will be obtained from GU center records as status post treatment for a Genitourinary cancer 5 or more years ago with no known disease recurrence. Genitourinary cancers include those from the prostate, bladder, kidney, adrenal, ureter, testis, penis, scrotum, and urethra. For Testis cancer, survivorship clinic can begin after year 3. By disease site:

2) a) Prostate cancer—5 or more years status post radical prostatectomy radiation therapy

3) b) Kidney/adrenal cancer 5 or more years status post radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, or adrenalectomy

4) c) Bladder/ureteral cancer 5 or more years status post radical cystectomy, nephrectomy, or ureterectomy

5) d) Testis cancer, stages I- IV-3 or more years status post orchiectomy, and clinically indicated adjuvant therapies. Adjuvant therapies include radiation therapy and chemotherapy.

6) e) Penile/scrotum/urethra status post local therapy and indicated adjuvant therapies. Local therapies include local excision, partial organ removal and complete organ removal. Adjuvant therapies include radiation and chemotherapy.

7) f) History of previous/recent treatment for non-Genitourinary cancer allowed.

8) Recurrent prostate, kidney, or testis cancer treated with curative salvage therapy and 5 or more years with no evidence of disease from the salvage treatment (3 years for testis cancer).

9) Eligibility for partners: A partner is anyone an eligible patient considers to be a significant other. All further eligibility and exclusions are tied to the patient. Must be able to read and write the English language.

10) Patients and partners may be male or female and must be 18 years of age or older.

Exclusion Criteria:1) Superficial bladder cancer (due to the need for endoscopy).

2) Active surveillance management for any cancer

3) Recurrent disease under observation or palliative treatment

4) Inability to read the English language.

5) Status post ablative therapies for kidney and prostate cancers. Ablative therapies include radiofrequency ablation, cryotherapy, and high intensity frequency ultrasound

6) Patient or partner who is younger than 18 years of age.
