Intervention:
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if the new drug, Targretin
(bexarotene) has any effect on markers in breast tissue.

Study Objectives / Outcomes
The objective of this study is to determine whether Targretin capsules, a novel selective synthetic retinoid, can modify immunophenotypic markers related to breast cancer progression in breast tissue from genetically identified high risk subjects.
