Study Objectives / Outcomes
To evaluate the safety, feasibility and tolerability of weekly preoperative intratumoral injections of TNFereade in combination with 5-FU, cisplatin, and 45Gy of external RT in newly diagnosed patients with loco-regional esophageal carcinoma who are candidates for resection.
