Description/
Intervention:		The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if the use of advanced
radiation therapy delivery techniques can spare normal tissue, including
salivary glands, from radiation damage in patients with head and neck cancer.
All side effects, both short term and long term, will also be studied.

Study Objectives / Outcomes
To assess the feasibility of adequate target coverage and major salivary gland sparing in patients with oropharyngeal cancer treated with IMRT techniques.

To determine the rate and pattern of locoregional tumor recurrence.

To determine the nature and prevalence of acute and late side effects (using RTOG scales) and their relationship to local dose
